Kim Nunley is a writer and experienced content creator who has been working in the cannabis industry for over six years.
Having studied biology and physiology while earning her degrees in exercise science, she enjoys writing about the ins-and-outs of cannabinoids and their influence over the body’s systems. She specializes in cannabis research and education, and industry news.
Prior to joining Medical Marijuana, Inc., Kim worked as a freelance writer covering exercise science and fitness education. She also worked as a physical education instructor and assistant women’s basketball coach at a California community college, and spent three years working as a personal trainer and physical therapy assistant.
Kim earned her BA in Kinesiology from Chapman University in Orange, California, and her MS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Performance and Sport Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
Kim is also an award-winning screenwriter and independent filmmaker. In her spare time, she watches films, picks up trash around her Oakland neighborhood, and occasionally gets out to exercise.
