First network marketing company in the CBD hemp oil space continues its expansion with newest hire.
Medical Marijuana, Inc. subsidiary Kannaway has seen incredible growth since March of 2016, when the company began its official relaunch, introducing a renovated compensation plan, new CBD oil and lifestyle products, a redesigned website, and more. Since then, the company has experienced 25 times growth and added thousands of new brand ambassadors.
To help Kannaway maintain its high quality of experience for its brand ambassadors, the company has hired Justin Stephens as its new Director of Member Support. In his new role with Kannaway, Stephens will oversee the management of the company’s current member support team. As the company continues to grow, Stephens will be responsible for expanding his team to keep up with the increasing needs of Kannaway’s brand ambassadors.

Kannway’s brand ambassadors are the backbone of the company and a big reason for the Kannaway’s accelerating success. Stephens will tap into years of expertise in the direct marketing field to ensure the company is delivering excellent support to its team of brand ambassadors. Prior to taking on his new position with Kannaway, Justin worked as European Operations Manager and then the Director of European Sales and Operations at a publicly held network marketing company.
Stephens will apply this experience in and knowledge of the direct marketing industry to his new position as Director of Member Support. This role will become increasingly important as Kannaway continues its growth domestically and its expansion throughout the European Union.
