CBD Isolate Guide to Powders and Liquids

If you are interested in learning more about CBD isolates, our CBD isolate guide has you covered! CBD isolate gives you full control over the potency and ratio of your CBD intake while allowing you to avoid even trace levels of THC. In our comprehensive CBD isolate guide, we discuss what CBD isolate is, how to properly measure CBD isolate, how to use CBD isolate powder, and more.

CBD isolate offers a highly concentrated way to consume cannabidiol (CBD). In fact, CBD isolate is the most concentrated CBD product that delivers high levels of CBD to your systems. CBD isolate is made by refinding all-natural hemp oil into a highly concentrated CBD powder.

CBD isolate has quickly become a popular CBD product for both CBD beginners and those who have used CBD to support their health for years. Its popularity can be traced to three distinct advantages. CBD isolate is versatile in terms of consumption, it allows users to have complete control over their serving size of CBD, and it provides users with a serving of CBD while containing not even trace levels of THC.

Our CBD isolate guide offers all the information that you need to feel comfortable using CBD isolate powder and CBD isolate liquid. After reading our CBD isolate guide, you will be ready to add this innovative and exciting CBD product to your daily wellness routine.

CBD Isolate Guide: The Basics

Our CBD isolate guide will help you better understand what exactly CBD isolate is. The term is used to describe pure isolate powder that contains 99% CBD, making it the most potent and concentrated CBD product currently available.

Sometimes referred to as CBD isolate crystal, CBD powder, and even CBD dust, all-natural CBD isolate can be used on its own or can also be blended into oils to present it in a liquid form.

99% pure CBD powder can then be taken in various ways, such as under the tongue, vaped, dabbed, and even added to foods and beverages. Since CBD isolate contains no detectable THC, our CBD isolate products are safe for use by all customers and are completely legal on the federal level in the United States.

What is the Process for Making CBD Isolate?

The process for making CBD isolates begins with the same award-winning CBD hemp oil used in all of Medical Marijuana, Inc.’s CBD products. The next step is to have the CBD hemp oil undergo an additional proprietary process to filter out plant material, waxes, chlorophyll, and more. The end result is a pure crystalline that contains only the CBD chemical compound.

CBD isolate crystal is not a synthetic or lab-made cannabinoid. Instead, it is an all-natural product, extracted from the hemp plant and refined down to an incredible purity.

What are the Different Types of CBD Isolate?

CBD isolate products containing no measurable amounts of THC are available in multiple forms. The two most popular types of CBD isolate are CBD isolate powder and CBD isolate liquid. Below, we provide a CBD isolate guide to help you differentiate between CBD isolate powder and CBD isolate liquid.

CBD Isolate Power

CBD isolate powder is a highly concentrated 99% pure, fine, white substance that does not contain any compounds in it other than CBD. CBD powder typically comes in a 1-gram jar, allowing you to easily measure out your daily CBD serving.

CBD Isolate Liquid

Oftentimes, people prefer the convenience of a CBD isolate in the form of liquids and tinctures. CBD isolate liquid is made by blending CBD isolate powder with MCT oil, which is derived from wholesome coconut oil. MCT oil is an oil with many nutritious benefits, making it a great additive to CBD isolate. This liquid CBD isolate can then be used on its own or added to other foods.

What is the Difference Between CBD Isolate Powder and CBD Isolate Liquid?

CBD isolate powder and CBD isolate liquid each offer unique advantages. Below, we explain the primary differences between their uses, helping you decide which product is best for your personal needs.

CBD Isolate Powder

As a fine, white crystalline, CBD isolate powder offers a level of versatility that is unmatched by other CBD isolate products. The fact that the isolate is in a powder form means that you have many choices when it comes to incorporating CBD isolate powder into your daily health regimen.

You can place CBD isolate directly under your tongue for fast absorption, vape it using a special water bubbler or a vape pen, blend it into your other CBD products to up their CBD concentration, and even infuse it into coconut, palm, or avocado oil so that you can make your own CBD edibles.

CBD isolate powder is a great choice for anyone who values versatility in their wellness routine or who is looking for the most-concentrated CBD product available. It is also a prime option for anyone who wants to be sure that their CBD product does not contain any detectable THC. At 99% pure CBD, each 1 gram jar of CBD isolate contains 990 mg of CBD.

CBD Isolate Liquid

CBD isolate liquid offers all the benefits of CBD isolate in a convenient liquid form. Like a CBD isolate powder, a CBD isolate liquid can be taken under the tongue and infused into your favorite foods and beverages. However, unlike CBD isolate powder, a CBD isolate liquid is not compatible with vaporizers and isn’t ideal for adding to other CBD products.

CBD isolate liquid is a good option for those interested in the convenience of ingesting their CBD product, as a CBD isolate liquid is easy to swallow. The MCT oil found in CBD isolate liquid not only helps present CBD isolate in a liquid form, but it also contains fatty acids that serve as a carrier for CBD. These fatty acids help more CBD reach your systems through the digestive system.

CBD isolate liquid offers a simpler way to take your daily serving of CBD while avoiding any measurable levels of THC. A 4-ounce bottle of CBD isolate liquid contains 1000 mg of CBD. We also offer a larger bottle that contains significantly more CBD, as the bottle packs in 5000 mg of CBD into 8-ounces of CBD isolate liquid.

Why Use CBD Isolate?

CBD isolates allow you to efficiently deliver high levels of CBD to your systems, encouraging balance and wellness. CBD, an all-natural cannabinoid derived from the stalks and seeds of high-CBD hemp plants, promotes health by supporting your body’s major regulatory system.

The effects of CBD isolate are similar to the effects of all other cannabidiol products. When you consume CBD isolate powder or CBD isolate liquid, the CBD compounds are absorbed and delivered to the bloodstream, where they’re able to stimulate your endocannabinoid system (ECS).

The ECS is a major signaling network that is tasked with keeping your body and its wide array of functions in balance. Anytime the outside environment causes any of these functions to become unbalanced, the endocannabinoid system responds, triggering chemical reactions designed to return them to normal.

CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system through its cannabinoid receptors, found in the central nervous system and immune system. Through this interaction, CBD supports the endocannabinoid system and its efforts to keep the body balanced.

In short, using daily wellness products containing CBD isolate or CBD isolate liquid enhances your endocannabinoid system’s ability to promote balance, optimizing the body’s performance and helping you feel and function better every day.

What Are the Advantages of Using CBD Isolate?

CBD isolate offers unique advantages that many consumers are looking for when compared to other CBD products. Below, our CBD isolate guide lists some of the advantages of using CBD isolate:

Maximum CBD Concentration

CBD isolate is the most potent CBD product on the market, containing 99% pure CBD. This makes it ideal for those looking to maximize their CBD intake.

Versatility

With no odor or flavor, CBD isolate can be taken on its own or can be mixed into a number of products. CBD isolate can be vaped, dabbed, infused into foods and beverages, and added to other products to boost CBD content.

Potency Control

CBD isolate comes in powder form, making it easy to measure. This gives you flexibility when determining how potent you want your daily CBD intake to be.

No Detectable Amounts of THC

CBD isolate contains no detectable amounts of THC, making it ideal for those who prefer to avoid any trace of THC, including the low levels of THC found in full-spectrum hemp-derived products. After extraction, CBD isolate undergoes an additional purification process that removes excess plant material and all the trace cannabinoids found in hemp other than CBD. Learn more about how CBD isolate compares to full-spectrum CBD oil.

How to Measure a Serving of CBD Isolate

When creating your own CBD-infused oils, be sure to accurately calculate the potency of your individual servings. Since CBD isolate contains over 99% CBD, each milligram of CBD isolate represents roughly a milligram of active CBD.

Are you wondering how to measure a serving of CBD isolate? With CBD isolate powder, you can easily and accurately measure daily CBD servings with a scale that measures small weights in milligrams. This allows you to precisely measure your potency down to the milligram so you can get just the right serving of CBD. You can also purchase 10 mg scoops online that can help you accurately measure CBD isolate powder servings without the use of a scale.

Each 1 gram jar of RSHO® CBD isolate contains 990 mg of CBD, which can be broken down into specific servings of any size. RSHO® CBD isolate gives you fantastic control over how you choose to add CBD to your system.

How to Use CBD Isolate

One of the best features of CBD isolate is that the powder is versatile and easy to use. CBD isolate makes it simple to create a vast array of personal CBD products, as the powder has no discernable smell or taste. That means it can be added to pretty much any food or beverage for consumption. Below are some of the most popular ways to use CBD isolate.

Take CBD Isolate Under the Tongue

RSHO® CBD Isolate and our CBD isolate liquid product RSHO-X™ can be taken orally and held under the tongue for rapid sublingual absorption. When placed under the tongue and held for 60-90 seconds, the CBD enters the bloodstream faster than if swallowed, avoiding first-pass metabolism and the effects of the liver.

Taking your servings of CBD isolate under the tongue is the easiest and most straightforward method for use.

Make Your Own CBD-Infused Oils

Many of our customers find the idea of creating their own edibles at home appealing. While all RSHO® oils and liquids can be incorporated into foods and beverages, none of our products are as uniquely suited for edibles as RSHO® CBD Isolate and our CBD isolate liquid product, RSHO-X™ Liquid.

You can use RSHO® CBD isolate to fine tune your own CBD-infused oils. CBD isolate has no taste or odor, so it mixes perfectly into cooking oils like coconut, palm, and avocado. Once crafted, infused CBD isolate oil can be used in the following ways:

  • Create CBD edibles like brownies, cookies, or any other recipe that uses oil
  • Infuse your daily coffee or smoothie
  • Fold into ice cream
  • Apply topically as a soothing massage oil

One note to consider: the boiling point of CBD is between 160-180°C (320-356°F). At temperatures higher than this, it is possible that some CBD potency may be lost. When cooking with CBD, aim for lower cooking temperatures to avoid degradation of the CBD.

Vape CBD Isolate

You can use our CBD isolate powder to vape your CBD. CBD isolate powder has a vaporization point around 180-200 degrees celsius, and there are several options you can choose from for turning your CBD isolate powder into an inhalable vapor.

Using a special water bubbler or in a vape pen, CBD isolate powder can be vaped or “dabbed”, allowing you to inhale the pure CBD vapor. CBD isolate can also be added to vape concentrates, such as CBD vape liquid, to boost their CBD levels.

So how do you vape CBD isolate powder? Vape pens used for concentrates, such as the KandyPens Gravity Vaporizer, the KandyPens K-Stick Supreme Vape, the Yocan Evolve Plus XL, and the Atmos Nano Vaporizer can be used to vape CBD isolate powder. Simply place the concentrated CBD isolate powder directly on the vaporizer’s metal heating coils.

When vaped, CBD enters the bloodstream more easily and efficiently. The CBD compounds are absorbed through the lungs, so they get to avoid passing through the digestive tract and liver.

Note: CBD isolate liquid and CBD isolate tinctures are not compatible with vaporizers.

Make CBD Honey

ou can easily combine CBD isolate with honey to create a delicious CBD edible. As the honey is heated, the CBD isolate powder and CBD isolate liquid will dissolve, mixing into the honey. Once fully dissolved, your CBD-infused honey or agave can be used to sweeten coffees and teas, topped over fruit bowls, or drizzled on avocado toast for a healthy, CBD-infused start to your day. CBD-infused honey is one of the many CBD recipes you can make using CBD isolate and CBD isolate liquids.

Increase Potency in Existing CBD Oil Products

Do you have a favorite CBD hemp oil product that you wished carried more CBD per serving? Now it can!

RSHO® CBD Isolate offers an effective way to give existing Medical Marijuana, Inc. CBD products a boost in potency. If you’re looking to integrate more CBD into your system, our CBD isolate can easily be added to hemp oil products like our tinctures, MCT oil-based liquids, and more to increase how much CBD they contain per serving.

RSHO® CBD Isolate gives you total control over the amount of CBD you get each day.

Do CBD Isolate Products Contain Full-Spectrum CBD?

While sourced from full-spectrum hemp oil, CBD isolate products are not considered full-spectrum CBD products because they contain only the isolated CBD compounds.

Full-spectrum CBD products retain all the nutrients, compounds, trace cannabinoids, and plant material naturally found in hemp. CBD isolate, however, starts as full-spectrum hemp CBD oil, but it then undergoes a filtration process that removes all the plant material and compounds other than the CBD molecules themselves. It’s through this filtration process that we’re able to remove all measurable amounts of THC.

To reiterate: CBD isolate powder, CBD isolate liquid, and CBD isolate tincture are not full-spectrum CBD products. There is no such thing as a full-spectrum CBD isolate.

CBD oil products that are full-spectrum include our CBD oil concentrate and CBD oil capsules. Additionally, you can find many CBD liquids and CBD tinctures that contain full-spectrum CBD oil. An example of full-spectrum CBD oil products available includes RSHO® Blue Label CBD Hemp Oil Liquid and RSHO® Blue Label CBD Hemp Oil Tincture.
